Alex is a great manager who leads by example and has built a team that genuinely feels like family. Erwin, the supervisor, is outstanding — always warm, attentive, and welcoming. He makes a real effort to ensure everything runs smoothly, and I always have my usual table waiting. His presence brings a sense of calm and care that really sets the tone for the whole team. We have been here several times but this time we had the pleasure of Sarin serving us. She was super friendly and made recommendations. You know you’re onto a winner when the staff make the customers feel comfortable and welcome. The karak chai, karak shake and ginger milk were delicious. Next time will try the food. Decor is cozy and inviting. Bathrooms are very clean and well stocked.
